Run Jump Throw

Hi and welcome back to my blog. Today I will be talking to you about what we have been doing for our P.E in rimu hub. In rimu hub we have been doing for P.E Run,Jump and throw. Each Thursday or Friday we go into our groups Pacific Arctic or Atlantic. I'm in Pacific- I think it is the highest group. The reason why we have been doing Physical Education/P.E is to train for Athletics. My favourite was Throw because we got to learn different throws.

Hi and welcome back to my blog today I will be showing you my art. In our art groups we got to chose 3 options- Sketching, Painting and digital art. I chose painting. When  we got to painting we got to paint a giraffe. The biggest challenge was cutting the eyelashes. I was learning to paint carefully, and notice proportions.

Narrative Plan

Hi guys today I will be talking abut my narrative plan.I am blogging this because in my plan I stuck a lot of PRIDE in to it. In Rimu hub we have had 3 choices to chose from in our writing groups. I chose narrative because I wanted to do a made up story.First the narrative group had to do a plan for the narrative story. In our plan we had to do things like
Setting,Charecters,Personalities,Problem,
Resolution,Events and Detail.
This is my plan:

Setting:	Main Character: Invisible Pray	Other Characters: Cray cray Invisible Pray	Problem Invisible pray is in the air balloon but no one  knows where he is? But invisible pray just thinks that cray cray and ray ray are ignoring him.	Resolution:invisible Pray writes down “Come look at what I found P.S INVISIBLE PRAY”So then cray cray and ray ray can see what Invisible pray is doing But then the other 2 just follow his footstep..
Details: Ray Ray is in the air balloon but no one  knows where he is? Inside:Air Balloon,Grass Road tracks,4 Trees.	Personality / Actions:2  year Invisible pray- old girl who Likes to be invisible.Likes to eat ghost powder which makes hir  invisible,Invisible motion and macaroni & cheese are her favs.	Personality / Actions: Cray Cray- Ray Rays sister Cray Cray likes to be the most Craziest and is the most craziest person is the whole entire world. Ray Ray- Cray Crays BRother 11 year old boy who likes to be seen and also likes to have sushi,blow up balloons and swim.	Events: Hot air Balloon: Invisible pray Says “Come look what I found” But no one can hear Invisible pray so Invisible pray think that he is being left out. But then Invisible pray writes down some words so they would know where he is and know what he is doing.	Ending: Cray Cray  and Ray Ray  found Invisible pray because his powder ran out.So then after a while they had a lolli scramble and leaved happily ever after.

Basic Facts

Hi my name is Skyla and I'm back so today I will showing you what we have been doing for stage 6 maths.
In our stage 6 maths learning time we have been doing basic facts. We get to go on the Maths symbaloo and do some place value games.For the past 2 days I have been playing Place Value millionaire game. Place Value millionaire is when the game asks you questions like "How many tens in ten thousand". You win up to $1000000 dollars worth of virtual cash on this game.

This is the start of Place Value millionaire.

How to do Taekwondo training

Hi and welcome back to my blog,today I will be sharing with you my How to do taekwondo training.
I was learning to know how to teach people how to do taekwondo training.
I am blogging this because I think that if people read this they will know how to do Taekwondo.
                                                   This is my Taekwondo training.

How to do Taekwondo training

                               You will need:

• Yourself
• Mouthguard
• Body armour
• Head Guards
• Taekwondo Suit
• Taekwondo Belt
• Punching bag

Method

• The first step is to  put on your Head guard, Mouth Guard, Body armour, Taekwondo Suit and Taekwondo Belt to be a real Taekwondo pro.

• Second you are going to stretch your legs for 1 minute and 30 seconds to get the high,low and in the middle technique so when you're playing you already know how to do it .

• Now you are going to start kicking the punching bag and pretend it's a person. Use  the inner part of your foot because if you use, your toes your toes might break.Kick 10 times with the inner part of your foot in the middle,top and bottom.To kick it in the top, put your foot up high for the nice long  capital L.

• Now you are a pro at doing taekwondo, just train and train and you will get better.

Holiday Post

Hello and Welcome back to my blog. Today I will blogging about my holidays.

Ghostbusters (Girl Version)

 In the holidays I went with my friends Maia, Kapone and Luka to watch Ghostbusters (Girl version). We went to the Napier theater because before that we went hill sliding in Napier. For me I screamed a bit because there were a bit of scary parts and a bit of funny parts. 
I think that you should watch Ghostbusters because it's scary and funny which makes the movie really interesting in some parts. The movie is all about 4 girls who want to be ghost hunters so they make a commercial and then they got famous and got to kill ghosts. They called themselves the GHOSTBUSTERS. My favourite part was right at the end where they caught tonnes of ghosts and the world got saved. My feelings in that movie were SAD, SCARY AND FUNNY. What is your favourite thing about being in Rimu hub:That there is learning buddy because if we need help we can just ask them instead of making the teacher to tell you to ask your learning buddy.

What license do you think you are on and why:I think that I am a full because I put all of my parkvale pride into them.

What are you like as a learning buddy?I think that I am a Responsible learning buddy to Mac because I ALWAYS help him to help him get the hang of it.

Which learning muscles do you think you need to work on and why?I think that I need to work on my managing distractions muscle because I always choose the wrong people to sit by.

Explain a time that you were in the learning pit this year. How did you get out of it?It was when I was in Stage 6 for the first ever time I didn't really get it so I thought of the knowledge that I already knew and used that to get out of the pit.

What are you most proud of in Rimu hub this year? Getting 2 postcards and 1 pride award,The reason why I have 2 postcards is because I always use my PARKVALE PRIDE IN EVERYTHING I DO

My favourite thing about Rimu hub is that there is learning buddy because if we need help we can just go to them. Passion Project

Hi and welcome back to my amazing blog this week I will be talking about my Passion project.
For the past few weeks we have been doing something that has Inspired us like Art,Music,Dance and Sport.
For my passion project I have done Facts about netball.I presented it on a poster this is what it Looks Like.

What was your learning in it-My learning in it was to learn facts for myself.

What were you trying to produce- I was trying to produce a poster with 10 or more facts about netball to help people to learn the rules.

What would have helped you to get further-Even though  I got to be finished  I still could of made some changes.

Matariki Task

This week I am blogging my Matariki task.

I am blogging this because I think that I put a lot of effort into getting it finished to my personal best.

Success Criteria for all literacy

Task 1: Retell the story of Matariki.

One day there was 7 sisters that dream of making some kites,on matariki day they made 7 kites for them so they could see with would fly  the highest.The oldest sister made a green paper - mulberry kit with eyes of tuatua shells. The second sister made a orang kit with eyes of mussel shells. The third sister made a pink kit with eyes of scallop shells.The 4th sister made a red kit that had eyes of pipi shells.The 5th made a Blue  eyes of whelk shells .The 6th sister made a white kit with eyes of grass.The  7th sister made a rainbow kit with eyes of paua shells .That evening they were waiting for some wind to fly their kits so they laid underneath a tree waiting for the wind  so they can fly their kites.It took so long until the wind started blowing but when the wind started to blow the had already fallen to sleep . The 7th  sister woke up all her other sisters.The Sisters  woke  up and they all said I can’t find my kite! The 7th sister said because they are flying away.The 2nd sister said Onon that is not good said all of the sisters we need to get them But none of them could get and they all said BUT WHO’S WON.
