How to do Taekwondo training

Hi and welcome back to my blog,today I will be sharing with you my How to do taekwondo training.
I was learning to know how to teach people how to do taekwondo training.
I am blogging this because I think that if people read this they will know how to do Taekwondo.
                                                   This is my Taekwondo training.

How to do Taekwondo training

                               You will need:

• Yourself
• Mouthguard
• Body armour
• Head Guards
• Taekwondo Suit
• Taekwondo Belt
• Punching bag

Method

• The first step is to  put on your Head guard, Mouth Guard, Body armour, Taekwondo Suit and Taekwondo Belt to be a real Taekwondo pro.

• Second you are going to stretch your legs for 1 minute and 30 seconds to get the high,low and in the middle technique so when you're playing you already know how to do it .

• Now you are going to start kicking the punching bag and pretend it's a person. Use  the inner part of your foot because if you use, your toes your toes might break.Kick 10 times with the inner part of your foot in the middle,top and bottom.To kick it in the top, put your foot up high for the nice long  capital L.

• Now you are a pro at doing taekwondo, just train and train and you will get better.

Holiday Post

Hello and Welcome back to my blog. Today I will blogging about my holidays.

Ghostbusters (Girl Version)

 In the holidays I went with my friends Maia, Kapone and Luka to watch Ghostbusters (Girl version). We went to the Napier theater because before that we went hill sliding in Napier. For me I screamed a bit because there were a bit of scary parts and a bit of funny parts. 
I think that you should watch Ghostbusters because it's scary and funny which makes the movie really interesting in some parts. The movie is all about 4 girls who want to be ghost hunters so they make a commercial and then they got famous and got to kill ghosts. They called themselves the GHOSTBUSTERS. My favourite part was right at the end where they caught tonnes of ghosts and the world got saved. My feelings in that movie were SAD, SCARY AND FUNNY. Self Reflection Report

Today I am going to be writing about my Self reflection Report,
I am blogging this because I took the extra Mile to make this my personal best.

What is your favourite thing about being in Rimu hub:That there is learning buddy because if we need help we can just ask them instead of making the teacher to tell you to ask your learning buddy.

What license do you think you are on and why:I think that I am a full because I put all of my parkvale pride into them.

What are you like as a learning buddy?I think that I am a Responsible learning buddy to Mac because I ALWAYS help him to help him get the hang of it.

Which learning muscles do you think you need to work on and why?I think that I need to work on my managing distractions muscle because I always choose the wrong people to sit by.

Explain a time that you were in the learning pit this year. How did you get out of it?It was when I was in Stage 6 for the first ever time I didn't really get it so I thought of the knowledge that I already knew and used that to get out of the pit.

What are you most proud of in Rimu hub this year? Getting 2 postcards and 1 pride award,The reason why I have 2 postcards is because I always use my PARKVALE PRIDE IN EVERYTHING I DO

My favourite thing about Rimu hub is that there is learning buddy because if we need help we can just go to them. Passion Project

Hi and welcome back to my amazing blog this week I will be talking about my Passion project.
For the past few weeks we have been doing something that has Inspired us like Art,Music,Dance and Sport.
For my passion project I have done Facts about netball.I presented it on a poster this is what it Looks Like.

 When we finished our passion projects we had to do a Reflection this is what my Reflection looks like.

What was your learning in it-My learning in it was to learn facts for myself.
